Sport Symposium Reflects on Key Issues Facing South African Sport

​The Centre for Sport Leadership at Maties Sport will be hosting a half-day Sport Symposium on Wednesday, 11 September 2019 under the theme “25 Years of Post-Apartheid Sport: The State of Play". Academics and sport practitioners will deliver talks addressing pressing issues facing South African sport at present. The aim of the event is to bring members of academia and the broader Maties Sport network together in order to explore avenues for future sport-related research and collaboration. Any researchers with a particular interest in sport are encouraged to attend. Please RSVP here by 2 September 2019.
