The Library and Information Service will conduct a client survey from 16 August to 10 September 2021. Your participation and feedback will be vital in helping your library assess and improve its services. Look out for an invitation in your mailbox on 16 August 2021 and complete the survey.
The Library is conducting the survey, called LibQUAL, to:
- find out your views of the quality of library services and facilities
- understand what you expect, in order to improve services and to market these
- make meaningful comparisons about library services nationally and internationally
- comply with national standards in meeting your needs as a client; and
- improve academic library standards in compliance with national norms.
If you complete the survey, you stand a chance to win a prize. Simply provide your e-mail address at the end of the survey to be included in the lucky draw. Your responses will not be linked to your e-mail address.
