The Library and Information Service thanks you for participating in our recent online survey. We received 1 147 responses from across faculties and other areas of Stellenbosch University. The survey was undertaken to determine how the Library can better serve you, our clients, and ran from 16 August to 15 September 2021.
Some 630 participants provided a comment about the Library service. We thank you for spending close to 6 minutes of your time (on average) to participate.
The Library values your responses which will now be analysed and action plans developed. We will communicate the results and action plans to you in due course.
