It was recently announced that 1 November 2021 will be a public holiday to facilitate the upcoming elections. There will therefore be no classes on 1 November 2021. After thorough investigation it has become clear that the academic day that we lose cannot be made up in the academic calendar. Any tests and/or practical sessions that departments have scheduled for 1 November 2021 will have to be rescheduled/made up by departments themselves and communicated to the relevant students and other stakeholders.
