The Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, the Equality Unit, the Transformation Office and the Division for Student Affairs invite you to a panel discussion in celebration of Women’s Month in South Africa. The panelists are Ms Fredalene Booysen, Western Cape Community Education and Mobilization Unit Manager at Sonke Gender Justice, and Mx Zander Niemand, Transformation Officer, SU SRC.
Please join us for a discussion around allyship among women of colour, as we unpack what this looks like and probe whether counterparts of the various genders, sexual orientations and racial groups support women of colour in their respective spaces.
The discussion will take place from 12:30 to 14:00 on 24 August 2022 via MS Teams.
