The interdisciplinary Shared Humanity provides you with a unique opportunity to explore 7 issues questions of criticality, each focusing on a global human issue that defies a glib response. In the absence of text-book answers, you will engage in a multi-disciplinary experiential learning process with students from other faculties and worldviews.  Through critical thinking and creative envisioning of alternative perspectives you will ask critical questions of yourself about 'what the world must be like outside of my own interpretation'.

Shared Humanity will challenge your understanding and disposition towards creating enabling environments for the emergence of possibility as you respond to the 7 critical questions. You will reflect on the human condition, its capability to replicate unjust systems, together with (self) limiting beliefs. You will engage with the notion of citizen-leadership and its formation of a robust democracy as a mechanism for social justice.
