Invitation for feedback on the draft institutional Anti-GBV Strategic Plan
The Equality Unit invites Stellenbosch University staff and students to provide input into the SU institutional Anti-GBV Strategic Plan. The initiative is spearheaded by the Equality Unit and will provide an overall plan on how to enhance shared responsibility and encourage a collective, collaborative response to GBV on campus. The strategic plan will give direction on, for example, the reporting process from laying the complaint at the Equality Unit through to making a decision at Council and Rectorate levels.
The plan contributes to the national call-to-action which integrates the National Framework on Anti-GBV into the work already being done at SU.
Please note the draft version is available in English. The document will be translated to Afrikaans once it has been finalised, approved and signed-off.
The draft plan can be accessed here.
