Students and lecturers are encouraged to actively participate and engage in this collaborative process to enhance teaching-learning-assessment at the institution. By fostering open communication and a culture of reflection and feedback, SU can continuously evolve and strive towards excellence in teaching-learning- assessment.
How does the process work for students?
- Students will receive an email with the link to the questionnaire
- A pop-up of the link will be visible on SUNLearn
- Lecturers will also provide a QR code to access the questionnaire during class time
- Reflect on the posed questions and provide your honest response
- Lecturers will provide feedback on the feedback from students as soon as possible
How does the process work for lecturers and administrators?
- You no longer need to complete an e-registration form as required previously
- Information about modules which requires feedback is requested directly from the faculties. A designated administrative person, within each faculty, verifies the information before activation takes place.
- Lecturers will have access to a Dashboard where a QR code can be created.
- Share the QR code, with students and arrange for time during class for them to access and complete the questionnaire.
- Questionnaires should be activated during the specified date (07-18 October 2024). If necessary, please contact the Student Feedback Office (stv@sun.ac.za) to discuss potential flexible dates.
- Provide students with feedback on their feedback as soon as reports are received.
