This is a friendly notification that as a result of a system upgrade the sun-e-HR system will not be available from Friday, 13 December 2013 at 17:00 till Monday, 16 December 2013 at 08:00. The upgrade is necessary for future development on the Human Resource system. If there are specific requirements regarding the use of the system in this period (i.e. the Annual Budget Process), please report this to the sun-e-HR Support Service (sun-e-HR@sun.ac.za) as soon as possible.
This will also mean that no workflow notifications still pending in your e-mail can be approved. Other functionalities such as Apply for Leave, Apply for Training, the Recruitment system and Discoverer reports will also not be available.
