Human Resources is running a programme for line managers – "Managing Team Resilience" – from 9 to 11 April 2014 and several spaces are still available.
The programme is relevant to all line managers who would like to be able to effectively identify and manage staff in distress in order to improve their quality of life and to minimize the potential impact on productivity.
