Dear colleague
All members of the University of Stellenbosch Retirement Fund (USRF) are again afforded the opportunity to elect five employee representatives to serve as trustees on the board of the fund. The USRF board consists of five employee representatives and five employer representatives.
Please find attached a document with information on the nomination and election process, as well as a nomination form that should be submitted to Mr Japie Kotzé by 27 September 2016. All heads of divisions and departments are requested to ensure that hard copies of both documents are made available to all staff members who do not have access to e-mail.
The USRF board is responsible to serve the interests of all fund members. Therefore, this is your opportunity to have a say in who should represent your interests. For this reason, we encourage you to take part in the nomination and election process.
