The 2017 ADA Winter School in Research Methods and Academic Career Development will take place from 26 June - 7 July. The Winter School is open to all doctoral candidates, supervisors and researchers. The two-week programme includes workshops ranging from the key concepts in methodology, writing and publishing an article during the course of the doctorate, SPSS and ATLAS.ti use and becoming a university lecturer. The Winter School provides a great opportunity to network with fellow delegates and lecturers from South Africa, Africa and the rest of the world.

Participants pay a standard rate of R 6800 which includes tuition and class materials, Wi-Fi internet, refreshments, conference pack, free access to the extra-curricular courses and the social evening (braai).
